All papers must be submitted in PDF format prepared strictly following the IEEE PDF Requirements for Creating PDF Documents for IEEE Xplore®, The standard number of pages is 6 and the maximum page limit is 8 pages with extra payment for the 2 extra pages beyond the 6 pages. All papers accepted will be indexed by EI and included in IEEE Xplore®.

The IEEE Xplore format will be checked at the final camera-ready submission. For the initial submission just follow IEEE double-column format without IEEE Xplore format check.

 

Instructions for Paper Submission

Before submitting paper(s) it is required to create an account.
Please change your encoding type to "English".
The account id will be your e-mail address and you will be asked to set up a password.
Multiple papers may be submitted with on account.

1. Click the "Paper Submission - Author" button from the left tool bars.

2. (If you already had created an account, skip this part.)
    At the "IEEE ICIA2007 Login for Paper Submission",
    click "New Account Creation", and fill up the form and "submit".
    Please remember the e-mail address as your login id and also the password.

3. Again at the "IEEE ICIA2007 Login for Paper Submission", click "Login".

4. At the "Author Login" menu, enter your e-mail address and password to submit paper.

5. At the "New Paper Submission" menu, fill up the form and upload a pdf file.

6. At the "New Paper is successfully submitted" frame,
    Please try to remember your paper id for future inquiry.
